Warehouse Creative Memberships

We opened the Warehouse with the intent to be more than just a rental studio. We're creating a community of likeminded image creators who are interested in exploring their creativity. If this sounds like you, the Warehouse has a membership plan to fit your time and budget. Each option comes with different lighting package options, free wifi, and free access to up coming seminars. Oh, and the coffee is free too!

Membership FAQ

 

Q: WHAT'S CONSIDERED A BOOKING?
Bookings are five-hour time slots. We offer three different five-hour booking slots every day: (1) Morning - 8:00am to 1:00pm / Afternoon 1:00pm to 6:00pm / Evening 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Q: CAN I MAKE MULTIPLE BOOKINGS IN A DAY?
Of course. If you need more than eight hours to shoot your project, you can make back-to-back bookings for a sixteen-hour shoot day.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Right now, just call or email us to coordinate your date and time. In the near future we'll have an online calendar that you can use to see the month and make your booking online.

Q: CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?
Yes. Outside of 48 hours from the start of your booking, you can cancel and keep the booking for later use. Canceling inside of 48 hours, you lose the booking. If you cancel inside of 24 hours from the start of your booking, you lose the booking and there's a $50 fee. Canceling on the day of your booking, the fee is $100. Booking cancellations, must be done via email or verbally over the phone. 

Q: DO UNUSED BOOKINGS CARRY OVER MONTH-TO-MONTH?
No. Use them or lose them. For this reason, it's better to make a conservative membership choice. You can always purchase additional bookings at the discount level that comes with your membership if you need more time.

Q: HOW FAR INTO THE FUTURE CAN I BOOK?
To prevent members from simply booking dates months in advance just to hold them, we only allow bookings 3 weeks in advance. That said, if you have a project that you know is happening for sure on a date outside of that, let us know and we'll secure it for you. Same cancellation policy applies. 

Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
Membership fees are due at the beginning of each month. We can set up recurring credit card, PayPal or Venmo payments. Cash is always good too.

Q: HOW DO I CANCLE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel at anytime, but membership fees are not refundable.
